New Years Eve Wedding
New Years Eve. Silver. Gold. Glitter. Champagne. Cake. Candles. Disco Balls. Pampas Grass. Elegant. Classy. Sophisticated. Fun. Confetti. Sequins. Beauty. Mood.
You know when you have an idea? You ponder on it, dream about it, even plan it a little bit..then the waves of doubt over come those dreams and those ideas just stay ideas? That is usually what happens with my ideas 99% of the time. They just stay in my head and rarely even make it to paper.
Not this time. This time was different. This time, I was going to make my idea into reality.
This idea was fueled by the loss of one opportunity that I was excited about. That opportunity ended up not being for me, but I experienced the disappointment of losing it anyways. I funneled my disappointment into creating my own opportunity, with my own vision.
I cannot tell you how proud I am of myself and this shoot. I cannot tell you how thankful I am to work with these other talented creatives. It fills my heart with joy that I could put an idea in the world, and others would be on board to be part of it.
If I can leave you with anything, it is to pursue those ideas and put them to paper. Dream about them. Then make them happen. Do not let the waves of doubt overcome you and drown you in fear. We all have so many unique gifts and it does this world a bit of good to share those with one another - whatever your avenue of creativity looks like.
What do you have to share?
How can you spread joy through creativity?
2021 let’s do this.
